Wrap & Strap ® Resistance Bands Strap

Wrap, Strap, Go!

Here you will find instructions on how to use the product. 

  1. Prepare the band (-s) by inserting them into the Wraps. You should have two Wraps on each resistance band loop.

  2. Fix the Straps on where you want to use them: ankle, thigh, wrist. 

  3. Select the resistance bands you want to use, attach them onto the straps, and...

You are ready to go!!! 

If part of your exercise routine does not require resistance bands - just remove them from straps, put them aside, and carry on with the exercise. 

You can also vary the exercises and attache the resistance tubes, using the D-Ring on the strap.
